Founding places for Group 1 are open until midnight on Sunday 15 November.
A six-month programme for a small group (sometimes called a cohort) of business owners whose businesses already work. We work with you to analyse your business with the strategic focus only experienced franchise consultants can bring. Together, we shape a franchise model that works for you and your franchisees. Once it's agreed, we build your franchise package around it.
Twenty minutes with Belinda or Julie, for your questions. It's not a sales call, and nobody is asked to commit on it.
Not ready to talk yet?
About ten minutes.
Led by Belinda Bradley · more than 35 years in franchising · franchise expansion into 13 countries
I’m Belinda, and this is Create to Replicate.
Three and a half minutes on who this is for, and how it works.
You created the business. Now let’s shape the franchise.

Customers come back. The team can run a day without you. And every so often someone asks, “Could I open one of these where I live?”
You know every corner of the business. What you don't yet know is whether it would hold its standard in someone else's hands, in another town.
The way you do things has never been written down. Until it is, you're the only person who can do it your way.
A franchise has to pay a franchisee a living and pay you a fee. Most owners have never worked out whether theirs would do both.
Franchising is a serious commitment, not a shortcut. You'd like to know your franchise model works for you and your franchisees before you spend serious money on solicitors and manuals.
Belinda shares what an honest look at readiness changed for one founder who wanted to franchise, and why the first answer matters more than any that come after it.

Belinda
“Before you replicate it, make it worth replicating.”
If that story sounds like yours, let's talk it through properly. Twenty minutes, one to one, honest about whether this is right for you.
From the person who runs it, to the person who built the system.
Every business worth franchising works for its own reasons, and its franchise model has to be built on them. So that's where we start. We work with you to analyse your business with the strategic focus only experienced franchise consultants can bring, then shape a franchise model that works for you and your franchisees.
Together, we look at what makes your business work, what can be replicated and what still depends on you, who owns the brand and the know-how, and whether there's a network to build. Along the way, you test your business against the Five Foundations of franchise readiness.
Together, we shape a franchise model made for your business: what a franchisee would do, invest and could realistically earn, what they'd pay you, and what you'd give them in return. It has to work for your franchisees as well as for you, because that's what every lasting franchise relationship depends on.
At the end of Week 7, on Tuesday 26 January 2027, you present your feasibility report to the group, with the franchise model you've shaped. Belinda and Tony then confirm with you, in writing, whether to continue, continue with conditions, or pause.
The Five Foundations you test your business against in Step 1:
Is it proven and profitable enough to support a franchisee as well as you?
Could someone else run it your way, to your standard, without you there?
Are you ready to lead people who own their businesses?
Are the time, the money and the long-term intent there?
Does the franchisor's role suit you, and the life you want?
From Week 8, we build your franchise package around the franchise model we've agreed.
There's no franchise off the shelf here, and no assumption that franchising is the answer. If your franchise model can't yet work for you and your franchisees, you'll know why, and what to put right, before you've spent money on solicitors. You can pause and pick up with the next group's build phase once, within twelve months, at no extra cost. And if a licence suits your business better than a franchise, the build covers that instead.
“Not yet” is a good answer too.
Curious where you stand today? See your score on each foundation.
Franchising isn't one size fits all. We never apply a set of templates and hope they fit. We work with you to tailor the franchise model and the package, so it creates the all-important win-win, with the foundations set for your franchise to be built on solid ground.
Plenty of providers hand over a standard set of templates and try to make them fit. Without discernment, you can end up with a franchise model that doesn't work for you or your franchisees. We respect the investment you're making and match it with a solution that's been properly thought through. Franchising is a long-term, often legacy-building decision, and we treat it as one.
Yes, AI can draft a franchise model. But discernment (knowing which questions to ask, which answers to trust and where the real risks sit) comes from decades of experience, not a prompt. We don't teach you how to use AI. But if you already use it, we'll help you get the best out of it as you build your package. The technology is a tool. The judgement is the point.
The technology is a tool. The judgement is the point.
Each week, you work on one piece of your own franchise, with teaching, coaching and feedback from Belinda, Tony or Julie. The first seven weeks shape the franchise model. Everything after that is built around it.
Arriving well.
What you create: your starting point, including your Franchise Readiness Scorecard results and a one-page "why I want to franchise" statement.
We analyse your business together and shape the franchise model that works for you and your franchisees.
What you create: your feasibility report, with the franchise model you've shaped, presented at the gate.
The feasibility gate · Tuesday 26 January
The agreed franchise model, worked through in detail: the relationship, the numbers for you and your franchisees, your fees and your territories.
What you create: your model architecture, the financial models for you and your franchisees, your fee structure and your territory plan.
Your franchise package takes shape around the franchise model: your know-how written down, your training, your systems and your instructions for a solicitor.
What you create: clear commercial instructions for your solicitor, your operations manual framework, your training and onboarding, your systems, and the framework for your Franchise Information Memorandum.
Who is it for, and how will they find you?
What you create: your marketing plans, your franchisee profile and recruitment process, and your funding, property and launch plan.
Who do you need to become to lead it?
What you create: your leadership development plan and your Franchise Launch Map, presented at graduation.
We don't help you shape a franchise model, hand you a folder and wish you luck.
Five break weeks along the way: Christmas (21 December to 1 January), Eid al-Fitr (8 to 12 March), Easter (29 March to 2 April) and Eid al-Adha (17 to 21 May). A few sessions move a day for public holidays, and you'll always know in advance.

Analysed with you and agreed with you, and designed to work for you and your franchisees.
What a franchisee would invest and could realistically earn, and what you'd earn, in a form your accountant or a lender can read.
An operations manual framework and a training approach someone else can follow.
So the legal work starts from a finished model, not a blank page.
How you'll find, assess and lead franchisees who share your standards.
People who've been through every step with you, and know exactly what you built.
Your standards, written down so someone else can keep them.
What you leave with depends on your business and the work you put in. We don't promise any particular outcome, and the legal and financial sign-off always belongs with your own advisers.

Tuesdays at 14:00 UK time, 60 to 90 minutes on Microsoft Teams. Workshops, clinics and showcases, on your own business.
Fridays at 14:00 UK time, about 60 minutes. Bring whatever you're working on.
Usually three a week, to watch whenever suits you, with worksheets for each week's piece of work.
For example, 14:00 in London is 15:00 in Madrid and Lagos, 18:00 in Dubai and 09:00 in New York.
Allow about three to four hours a week. Every live session is recorded and on the platform, usually within two working days, and you keep access to everything for twelve months after the final session.
